ThreadBlog provides a platform that transforms Twitter/X threads into SEO-optimized blog posts. Our Service includes:
- Connecting to your Twitter/X account via OAuth
- Importing your public Twitter threads
- AI-powered content enhancement and SEO optimization
- Hosting and publishing of transformed blog content
- Analytics and performance tracking
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and submit to the Service, including your original Twitter threads and any modifications you make to AI-enhanced content.
License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
AI-Generated Content: Content enhanced or generated by our AI tools remains your property, but you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users.
5. Twitter/X API Compliance
Our Service uses the Twitter/X API in accordance with their Developer Agreement and Policy. By using our Service, you agree to comply with Twitter/X's terms regarding the use of their data. We display content in accordance with Twitter's display requirements.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Import content you do not own or have rights to use
- Attempt to circumvent any security features
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service
- Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property
- Publish harmful, offensive, or misleading content
7. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied with the Service.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your content within 30 days.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, TRAFFIC INCREASES, OR SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREADBLOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
